Once a Grovewalker of The Wildwood Witches, Theodora Kharis carried the scent of myrrh and crushed herbs and whispered psalms over the sick, her hands steeped in the bittersweet alchemy of healing. A Byzantine physician in another life, she wove hymns into her remedies—until the day she could no longer bear the Grove's shadowed bargains and chose mercy over ritual, severing a bond meant to end in sacrifice. Now, among The Dark Masons Lodge, she traces frescoes of forgotten saints upon cold stone, brewing tinctures and poultices from ingredients no apothecary would stock. The Lodge tolerates her defiance; after all, even exiles understand the weight of broken oaths.
