When Rome's legions crushed his homeland, he saw in their conquest not glory but hollow mimicry, and chose to unstitch his own glamours rather than perpetuate the Court's endless masquerade. Now, among The Dark Masons, he crafts not identities but revelations, etching forgotten truths into stone with fingers still shimmering from the last face he refused to take. The Lodge tolerates his heresy for the same reason they shelter all exiles: even broken mirrors cast useful reflections.
