Once a noble of crumbling Rajputana estates, Agnikumari learned to whisper to embers in the ruins of his family's pyre-scorched halls, coaxing dying flames into silent obedience—until the Lodge demanded he kindle more than mere cinders. The war's hunger for sacrificial fires sickened him; when ordered to ignite a soul-bound blaze, he smothered the ritual with ash-stained hands and fled into the monsoons. Now, among the Dark Masons, his artistry festers—a tormented symphony of heat and restraint, painting charred murals that weep smoke in forgotten tongues.
